Dear Joe:
After listing my home with YHD, I discovered I made a big mistake. Then I met Joe at Century 21 and I realized that using a discount realtor like YHD was not to my advantage. YHD was supposed to accompany buyers when showing my home, but most buyers showed up alone without an agent. If I would have chosen a Realtor like Joe with a well established company like Century 21, I would have saved myself a lot of headaches...

I wanted to take a moment to write you a very very sincere thank you for everything you have done during the time I took to find my new home. You were extremely patient with me even though I am sure at times you thought "this guy is really confused".
I had other realtors show me homes and then, if I wasn't ready to make an offer that day, they dumped me like a hot potato. What I liked best is that you never gave up on me and you knew that one day I was going to buy. You took the extra time to show me what was available and continued to work with me for what seemed to me a long time. You were very thorough in showing me what was on the market and I felt very comfortable that you were working to make sure I had the benefit of all your knowledge. Not once did you make me feel uncomfortable.
I appreciated the extra time you spent prior to my decision to finally make the offer. Then once the offer was made I thought you were key in helping me get a fair deal in a timeframe that was good to all parties. And best of all, once the offer was accepted, you took the extra time each day to make sure that all the parties were making progress toward the closing. Honestly, I don't think we would have closed in 30 days had you not been making the effort you did.
All I can say is a big hearty "Thank You"! I will recommend you to anyone in the market, whether selling or buying. I truly believe that not only have I found a realtor for life but I have also gained a friend. I was happy to get to know you.
